Thanks. I just fixed this problem. Go to settings/options -> multiplayer -> punkbuster -> then click enable punkbuster. Easier than I thought. Saw a lot about manual updating and whatnot. you dont have to at least i dont personally because punkbuster carries alot of crap ware with it.
